Q.Where do I go once I have landed?
A. Bensbus will have representatives at Geneva Airport to guide you to the appropriate bus. Our drivers will then help load your luggage and take you to your chosen destination. Each stop is announced on arrival so you can be sure you are getting off at the right location!
 

Q. Why don’t you have more buses running & more routes?
A. BensBus and No Fuss Bus currently specialise in offering cheap ski transfers to the resorts Val Thorens and Meribel. Once our brand is established in the market we will be looking to expand by offering customers more buses and more destinations.

Q. What happens if my flight is delayed?
A. NoFussBus will wait at the airport for a maximum of 30 minutes. If you are delayed more than 30 minutes after the scheduled time we will do our best to get you on the next bus.

Q. What is your policy on luggage?
A. We allow (per person):

• 1 suitcase
• 1 small piece of hand luggage
• 1 set of skis or a board.
